Terms & Conditions
The rules for using our site and our services.
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website azpicklecourts.com (the "Site") and any estimates, designs, proposals, and related materials provided by AZ Pickle Courts ("AZ Pickle Courts," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
AZ Pickle Courts is an Arizona-based authorized Laykold surfacing installer and design consultant for pickleball court projects — including new builds, slab conversions, and resurfacing. We are Not a Licensed Contractor under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 32-1151) and do not perform licensed contracting work. We apply surfacing systems manufactured by Advanced Polymer Technology Corp. (Laykold). We are an independent business; we are not Laykold, the United States Tennis Association, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, or any tournament organizer, and we do not represent ourselves as affiliated with any professional tournament.
2. Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or request services. By accessing the Site or submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it other than through provided interfaces, introducing malware, scraping at scale, or interfering with operation.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or requests.
3. Instant Estimate and Court Designer
Pricing generated by our instant estimator, pricing pages, or the 3D Court Designer is an approximation for planning purposes only. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, soil, grading, access, permits, HOA review, material availability, and scope finalized during an on-site inspection. A binding price is only established in a written proposal or contract signed by an authorized representative of AZ Pickle Courts.
Color renderings in the Court Designer are approximations. Final installed colors will vary based on lighting, surface texture, batch variation, and manufacturer availability.
4. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number and checking an applicable SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from AZ Pickle Courts at the number provided. Depending on the box you select, messages may include project alerts, estimate and appointment updates, service communications, or marketing and promotional messages. Consent applies only to the message category you select and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (602) 960-7394 or replying STOP to any AZ Pickle Courts text message. After you send STOP, we may send one SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program. To join again, sign up through the same consent process you used originally.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, email hello@azpicklecourts.com, or call (602) 960-7394.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
For information about how we handle personal information and SMS consent records, read our Privacy Policy.
